Steps

  1. Cast Mana Severance by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Hive Mind triggers, causing each opponent to copy Mana Severance.
  3. Resolve each opponent's Mana Severance, exiling all lands from their libraries.
  4. Resolve your Mana Severance, choosing not to exile any lands from your library.
  5. The next time you draw a card, Sphinx's Tutelage triggers, causing an opponent to mill two cards.
  6. Because Painter's Servant will force the cards to share a color, and they will not be lands due to the opponent having no lands in their library, Sphinx's Tutelage will continue to repeat the process until the opponent's library is empty.

Results

  1. Infinite mill for target opponent every time you draw a card.
