Initial Card State

Steps

  3. When Chthonian Nightmare enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to get ({E} magic symbol)  ({E} magic symbol)  ({E} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying ({E} magic symbol)  , sacrificing Warden of the Eye, and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Cast Chthonian Nightmare by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  6. When Chthonian Nightmare enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to get ({E} magic symbol)  ({E} magic symbol)  ({E} magic symbol)  .
  7. Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying an amount of ({E} magic symbol)   equal to Warden of the Eye's mana value, sacrificing the creature you returned in step 4, and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning Warden of the Eye from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  8. When Warden of the Eye enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Songs of the Damned from your graveyard to your hand.
  9. Repeat.
