Steps
- Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, Possibility Storm triggers, exiling the spell and then exiling cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card that shares a card type with it, and allow them to cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
- Because Soulless Jailer prevents noncreature spells from being cast from exile, no player may cast noncreature spells as permitted by Possibility Storm.
