  2. Cast Illuna either from your hand or from the command zone for its mutate cost by paying three generic manaone red or green manaone blue manaone blue mana and command tax, if applicable, putting it over or under a non-Human nontoken creature you control.
  3. Illuna triggers, exiling your library.
  4. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two cards and you to win the game due to drawing from an empty library.
