Mana Needed

  1. one red mana plus an additional three generic manaone red manaone red mana if Rousing Refrain is in your hand available.

Steps

  1. If Rousing Refrain is in your hand, cast it by paying its mana cost. Otherwise, at the beginning of your upkeep, its suspend ability will trigger, removing the final time counter from it and casting it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, activate Pili-Pala by paying one red mana and tapping it, copying Rousing Refrain.
  3. Resolve the copy of Rousing Refrain, adding at least one red manaone red mana.
  4. Activate Pili-Pala by paying two generic mana and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana.
  2. Infinite magecraft triggers.
