Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Tuktuk the Explorer, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. Tuktuk the Explorer dies, triggering itself and Nim Deathmantle.
  3. Resolve the Tuktuk the Explorer trigger, creating a 5/5 Tuktuk the Returned artifact creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Tuktuk the Returned, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger from step 2, causing you to pay four generic mana to return Tuktuk the Explorer from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  6. Repeat.
