Steps
- Activate the creature with Rakdos Riteknife attached by tapping it and sacrificing Lesser Masticore.
- When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability and Dross Scorpion trigger.
- Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping the creature with Rakdos Riteknife attached.
- Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
- Resolve the creature's ability from step 1, putting a charge counter on Rakdos Riteknife.
- Repeat.
- Once you have infinite charge counters on Rakdos Riteknife, you may activate its ability by paying ({B} magic symbol) ({R} magic symbol) and sacrificing it, causing target opponent to sacrifice all permanents they control.
