Steps

  1. Cast Clone by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Protean Hulk.
  2. Put Clone into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  3. Clone dies, causing you to search your library for Loaming Shaman and Phantasmal Image and put them onto the battlefield.
  4. Choose to have Phantasmal Image enter the battlefield as a copy of Protean Hulk.
  5. Put Phantasmal Image into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  6. Phantasmal Image and Loaming Shaman trigger.
  7. Resolve the Loaming Shaman trigger, shuffling Clone and Phantasmal Image from your graveyard into your library.
  8. Resolve the Protean Hulk trigger, causing you to search your library for Clone and Phantasmal Image and put them onto the battlefield.
  9. Choose to have Clone enter the battlefield as a copy of Loaming Shaman, and Phantasmal Image as a copy of Protean Hulk.
  10. Put Clone and Phantasmal Image into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  11. Phantasmal Image and Clone trigger.
  12. Resolve the Clone trigger, shuffling Clone and Phantasmal Image from your graveyard into your library.
  13. Resolve the Phantasmal Image trigger, causing you to search your library for Clone and Phantasmal Image and put them onto the battlefield.
  14. Repeat from step 9.
