Steps

  2. Activate that creature using Myojin of Seeing Winds's ability by removing a divinity counter from it, causing you to draw a card for each permanent you control.
  3. Activate two mana-producing permanents by tapping them, adding at least ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding two cards, untapping the mana-producing permanents.
  5. Repeat.
