Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have a way to kill Aquastrand Spider.

Steps

  1. Kill Aquastrand Spider.
  2. When Aquastrand Spider dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it due to its graft ability.
  3. When Aquastrand Spider enters, Genesis Chamber triggers, creating a creature token.
  4. When the creature token enters, Aquastrand Spider triggers, moving a +1/+1 counter from it to the creature token. Aquastrand Spider dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite LTB.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite death triggers.
