Cast Pia Nalaar either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {R}{W} plus commander tax, if applicable.
When Pia Nalaar enters the battlefield, Cadric triggers, causing you to pay {1} to create eight token copies of Pia Nalaar with haste.
Activate Prosperous Partnership by tapping three creatures, creating eight Treasure tokens.
Activate Professional Face-Breaker by sacrificing a Treasure, causing you to exile the top card of your library with the ability to cast it this turn.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 as required until you exile a nonland card and have enough Treasures to cast it.
