Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ozox, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Ozox dies, it and Blight Mound trigger.

  4. Resolve the Blight Mound trigger, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
