Steps
- Activate up to three lands by tapping them, adding at least ({1} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) .
- Activate Gandalf by paying ({1} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) , blinking it.
- When Gandalf enters, its first ability and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers.
- Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Gandalf.
- Resolve the Gandalf trigger, blinking the lands tapped for mana in step 1.
- When the lands enter, Tiller Engine and Gandalf's second ability each trigger three times.
- Resolve all Tiller Engine triggers, untapping the lands that entered.
- Resolve all Gandalf triggers, causing you to draw three cards and put three +1/+1 counters on Gandalf.
- Repeat.
