Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Fili the Pathfinder, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Fili the Pathfinder dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay ({4} magic symbol)   to return Fili the Pathfinder from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Fili the Pathfinder enters, it triggers, creating a creature token.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature token, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You can sacrifice any nontoken Dwarf you control in place of Fili.
