Steps

  1. Activate Three Tree City's second ability by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and tapping it, adding at least four mana of any color.
  2. Activate Meloku by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and returning Three Tree City from the battlefield to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token.
  3. Activate High Market's second ability by tapping it and sacrificing the Illusion.
  4. When the Illusion dies, Spark Double and Minn's second abilities trigger.
  5. Holding priority, activate Meloku by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and returning High Market from the battlefield to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token.
  6. Resolve the Spark Double and Minn triggers, putting Three Tree City and High Market from your hand onto the battlefield, choosing any creature type for Three Tree City that you control at least four creatures of.
