Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. You own at least X permanents that your opponents control, where X is the number of opponents you have.
  3. ({W} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   for each opponent you have available.

Steps

  1. At the beginning of your upkeep,

  2. Activate
