Steps

  3. The triggered ability from the Aura triggers, adding an additional ({U} magic symbol)  .

    Arbor Elf     by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping

  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite blue mana, you may tap the Forest for other colors instead of blue, adding infinite colored mana.
