Steps

  1. Cast Kinsbaile Borderguard by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , causing it to enter the battlefield with at least one +1/+1 counter on it.
  2. Activate Antler Skulkin by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , giving Kinsbaile Borderguard persist until end of turn.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kinsbaile Borderguard, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  4. When Kinsbaile Borderguard dies, its persist ability triggers, as well as its second ability.
  5. Resolve the second trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Kithkin Soldier creature tokens equal to the number of counters on Kinsbaile Borderguard.
  6. Resolve the first trigger, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with at least one +1/+1 counter on it due to its ability.
  7. Repeat.
