Steps

  1. Cast a copy of Seed Suture by paying one green or white mana.
  2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Emergency Phytomedic. It'll enter prepared due to its effect.
  3. Resolve Seed Suture, putting a +1/+1 counter on Crystalline Crawler and causing you to gain 1 life.
  4. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one green or white mana.
  5. Repeat.
