Steps
- Activate Culling Dais' first ability by tapping it and sacrificing Lesser Masticore.
- When Lesser Masticore dies, its persist ability and Dross Scorpion trigger.
- Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, untapping Culling Dais.
- Resolve the Lesser Masticore trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with no -1/-1 counters on it due to Vizier of Remedies.
- Resolve the Culling Dais ability, putting a charge counter on it.
- Repeat.
- Once you have the desired amount of charge counters on Culling Dais, you may activate its second ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) and sacrificing it, causing you to draw a card for each charge counter on it.
