Steps

  1. Activate Crackleburr and two other blue creatures you control by tapping them, adding one generic manaone blue or red manaone blue or red mana that can only be spent to activate abilities of creatures.
  2. Activate Crackleburr's second ability by paying one blue or red manaone blue or red mana and untapping it and the two blue creatures, targeting any creature.
  3. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you wish to get infinite mana, do not resolve Crackleburr's ability each loop.

Results

  1. Infinite colored mana that can only be spent to activate abilities.
