Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding one blue mana.
  2. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
  3. Move to your first extra turn.
  4. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding one blue mana.
  5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying two generic manaone blue mana, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Damage Control Crew.
  6. When Damage Control Crew and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
  7. Resolve the Damage Control Crew trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  8. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  9. Move to your second extra turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step.
  10. Repeat.
