Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
  3. Move to your first extra turn.
  4. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ardent Elementalist.
  6. When Ardent Elementalist and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
  7. Resolve the Ardent Elementalist trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  8. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  9. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step.
  10. Repeat.
