Steps

  1. Cast Lunarch Veteran from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying one white mana, causing it to enter the battlefield transformed as Lunarch Phantom.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Lunarch Phantom, adding one white mana.
  3. Because Dress Down causes Lunarch Phantom to lose all abilities, it is not exiled when it is sacrificed, and is returned to your graveyard as Lunarch Veteran.
  4. Repeat.
