Steps

  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , targeting Izzet Chronarch and Kaza.
  3. Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Kaza and Izzet Chronarch.
  5. When Izzet Chronarch enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  7. Repeat.
