Steps

  2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure tokens.
  3. Activate four Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({2} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Sword of the Realms' equip ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , attaching it to Dockside Extortionist.
  5. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist.
  6. When Dockside Extortionist dies, Sword of the Realms triggers, returning Dockside Extortionist from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Dockside Extortionist's power.
  8. Repeat.
