Steps

  1. Activate
    Saheeli, the Sun's Brilliance
    Saheeli     by paying ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)   and tapping it, creating a token copy of
    Dockside Extortionist
    Dockside Extortionist     with haste.
  2. When the token
    Dockside Extortionist
    Dockside Extortionist     enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least three Treasure artifact tokens.
  3. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)  , untapping
    Saheeli, the Sun's Brilliance
    Saheeli    .
  5. Repeat.
