Steps

  1. Activate Saheeli by paying one blue manaone red mana and tapping it, creating a token copy of Dockside Extortionist with haste.
  2. When the token Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least three Treasure artifact tokens.
  3. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding one blue manaone blue manaone red mana.
  4. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying one blue mana, untapping Saheeli.
  5. Repeat.
