Steps

  1. Activate Reflection of Kiki-Jiki by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and tapping it, creating a token copy of Dockside Extortionist with haste.
  2. The Dockside Extortionist token enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Coercive Recruiter.
  3. Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least two Treasure tokens.
  4. Resolve the Coercive Recruiter trigger, untapping Reflection of Kiki-Jiki.
  5. Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({1} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
