Steps

  1. Cast

  3. When

    Coercive Recruiter     trigger.
  4. Resolve the

    Dockside Extortionist     trigger, creating at least five Treasure artifact tokens.
  5. Resolve the

    Coercive Recruiter     trigger, untapping
    Chulane, Teller of Tales
    Chulane     and giving it haste until end of turn.
