Steps

  1. Activate

  2. Activate
    Scampire
    Scampire     by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  , returning
    Dockside Extortionist
    Dockside Extortionist     from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When
    Dockside Extortionist
    Dockside Extortionist     enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least three Treasure tokens.
