Steps

  1. Activate Dockside Extortionist by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Dockside Extortionist trigger, creating at least two Treasure artifact tokens.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Dockside Extortionist.
  5. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding one generic manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If opponents control at least three artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite mana and Treasure tokens.
