Steps

  1. Cast Dockside Extortionist either from your hand by paying one generic manaone red mana or from your graveyard for its escape cost by paying one generic manaone red mana and exiling three other cards from your graveyard.
  2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least three Treasure tokens.
  3. The Treasures enter the battlefield, triggering Grinding Station that many times, untapping Grinding Station.
  4. Activate Grinding Station by sacrificing a Treasure, causing you to mill three cards.
  5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  6. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one red mana.
  7. Repeat.
