Steps

  2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least four Treasure tokens.
  3. Activate three of the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({1} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Lord of the Forsaken's first ability by paying ({B} magic symbol)   and sacrificing Dockside Extortionist, causing yourself to mill three cards.
  5. Repeat.
