Initial Card State

  1.  Endling and Fain in your graveyard.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Endling's third ability by paying ({B} magic symbol)  , giving Necrotic Ooze undying until end of turn.
  2. If Necrotic Ooze has any +1/+1 counters, activate it using Fain's second ability by tapping it and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a Treasure token.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Necrotic Ooze, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  4. Necrotic Ooze dies, triggering its undying ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
  6. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Fain's third ability by tapping it and sacrificing a Treasure token, creating a 2/1 Inkling creature token.
  7. Activate four Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({3} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  8. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Fain's fourth ability by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  , untapping it.
  9. Repeat from step 6.
  10. You may also use the infinite Inkling tokens to use Fain's first ability for infinite +1/+1 counters.
