Steps

  1. Activate
    Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze     using
    Endling
    Endling    's third ability by paying ({B} magic symbol)  , giving
    Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze     undying until end of turn.
  2. If
    Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze     has any +1/+1 counters, activate it using
    Fain, the Broker
    Fain    's second ability by tapping it and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a Treasure token.
  3. Activate
    Phyrexian Altar
    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing
    Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze    , adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  4. Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze     dies, triggering its undying ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
  6. Activate
    Necrotic Ooze
    Necrotic Ooze     using
    Fain, the Broker
    Fain    's third ability by tapping it and sacrificing a Treasure token, creating a 2/1 Inkling creature token.
  7. Activate four Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({3} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  8. Activate

    Fain, the Broker
