Steps

  1. Activate
    Mairsil, the Pretender
    Mairsil     using
    Endling
    Endling    's third ability by paying ({B} magic symbol)  , giving
    Mairsil, the Pretender
    Mairsil     undying until end of turn.
  2. Activate
    Mairsil, the Pretender
    Mairsil     using
    Blood Vassal
    Blood Vassal    's ability by sacrificing it, adding ({B} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  3. Mairsil, the Pretender
    Mairsil     dies, triggering its undying ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Activate
    Mairsil, the Pretender
    Mairsil     using
    Triskelavus
    Triskelavus    ' ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and removing the +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Triskelavite artifact creature token.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite Triskelavite tokens, you may sacrifice them to deal infinite damage to any target(s).
