Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Palladium Myr, adding one black mana.
  2. Activate Palladium Myr's unearth ability by paying two generic manaone black mana, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield, giving it haste and exiling it at end of turn or when it leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Palladium Myr by tapping it, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Palladium Myr, adding one black mana.
  5. Both Palladium Myr's undying ability and Void Maw attempt to exile Palladium Myr when it would be put into your graveyard.
  6. Choose to apply the Void Maw replacement effect, exiling Palladium Myr.
  7. Activate Void Maw by putting Palladium Myr from exile into your graveyard, giving Void Maw +2/+2 until end of turn.
  8. Repeat from step 2.
