Steps

  1. If needed, activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying zero mana, attaching it to Garth.
  2. Activate Garth by tapping it, causing you to pay zero mana to cast a copy of Black Lotus.
  3. Activate Black Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one blue manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  4. Activate Lightning Greaves' equip ability by paying zero mana, attaching it to any other creature you control.
  5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying two generic manaone blue mana, blinking Garth and Shipwreck Dowser.
  6. Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Repeat.
