Initial Card State

  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Cast Cliffside Lookout by paying one white mana or two life.
  2. Defiler of Faith triggers, creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
  3. Whenever Cliffside Lookout enters the battlefield, it and Ondu Cleric trigger.
  4. Resolve the Cliffside Lookout trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Resolve the Ondu Cleric trigger, causing you to gain at least two life.
  6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Soldier token, adding one white mana.
  7. Activate Sword of the Realms by paying one generic manaone white mana, attaching it to Cliffside Lookout.
  8. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cliffside Lookout, adding one generic mana.
  9. When Cliffside Lookout dies, Sword of the Realms triggers, returning Cliffside Lookout from your graveyard to your hand.
  10. Repeat.
