Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome by tapping them, adding ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary and Sarevok's Tome enters untapped, they trigger.
  4. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  5. Resolve the Sarevok's Tome trigger, causing you to take the initiative.
  6. Repeat.
