Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault by tapping them, adding one colorless manaone colorless manaone colorless manaone blue mana.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying two generic manaone blue mana, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Mana Vault.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  4. Repeat.
