Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Crimson Kobolds, adding one blue or black mana.
  2. When Crimson Kobolds dies, Mortuary and Kels trigger.
  3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Crimson Kobolds on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay one blue or black mana to draw Crimson Kobolds from the top of your library.
  5. Cast Crimson Kobolds by paying zero mana.
  6. Repeat.
