Steps

  1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
  2. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning Cauldron Familiar to the battlefield from your graveyard.
  3. Cauldron Familiar and Quintorius, History Chaser trigger.
  4. Resolve the Quintorius, History Chaser trigger, creating a token and a Food token.
  5. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  6. Repeat.
  7. Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing another creature, creating a Blood artifact token and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
  8. Repeat.
  9. Activate Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar, creating a Food and Blood token.
  10. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  11. When Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
