Steps

  1. Activate Vhati il-Dal by tapping it, targeting any creature.
  2. Horobi triggers, destroying the targeted creature.
  3. When the creature dies, Vhati il-Dal triggers, untapping itself.
  4. Repeat.
  5. You may also repeat this process whenever a creature enters the battlefield.

Results

  1. Destroy any number of creatures.
  2. Lock.
  3. Destroy each creature that enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.
