Steps

  3. Choose to return The Balrog to the command zone from your graveyard.
  4. When The Balrog dies, it and Anax trigger.
  5. Resolve the Balrog trigger, destroying any artifact and/or creature an opponent controls.
  6. Resolve the Anax trigger, creating two 1/1 Satyr creature tokens.
  7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Satyr, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  8. Repeat.
