  2. Kitchen Finks's persist ability and Mortician Beetle trigger.
  3. Resolve the Kitchen Finks trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 and a vigilance counter.
  4. Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, causing you to gain two life.
  5. Resolve the Mortician Beetle trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Activate Tayam by paying ({3} magic symbol)  , removing a +1/+1 counter from Mortician Beetle and removing both counters from Kitchen Finks.
  7. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kitchen Finks, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  8. Kitchen Finks's persist ability and Mortician Beetle trigger.
  9. Resolve the Kitchen Finks trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 and a vigilance counter.
  10. Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, causing you to gain two life.
  11. Resolve the Mortician Beetle trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  12. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kitchen Finks, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
