Steps

  3. Activate

    Leech Bonder     by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and untapping it, moving the infection counter from the opponent's creature onto another creature you control.
  4. Activate

    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing the creature with an infection counter on it, adding one mana of any color.
  5. The creature dies, triggering

    Genestealer Patriarch    's second ability.
  6. Resolve the

    Resourceful Defense     trigger, putting an infection counter onto another creature you control.
  7. Resolve the
