Steps

    Leech Bonder     by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Leech Bonder
    Leech Bonder     by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and untapping it, moving a -1/-1 counter from a creature you control to any other creature you control.
  3. Nest of Scarabs
    Nest of Scarabs     triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite creature tokens.
  2. Infinite ETB.
