Steps

  1. Activate Leech Bonder by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate Leech Bonder by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and untapping it, removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, and putting two +1/+1 counters on another target creature.
  3. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on creatures you control.
